For Room Only Stay
Reservation Policy
- By agreeing to our reservation policy, you agree to be charged the first night 7 days before arrival.
- If your card is invalid, we cannot guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or amendments made more than 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made 7 to 3 days before arrival: first night/deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the booking will be charged.
For Packages
Reservation Policy
- For packages we require 25% deposit 14 days before arrival. The deposit is not refundable.
- In case the booking is made within a travel window shorter than 14 days, a 25% deposit will be required at the booking date to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or amendment made more than 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: 25% of the booking will be charged and the deposit will not be refunded.
Kids and Extra Beds Policy
Children of all ages are welcome to Navutu Dreams.
- Kids from 0-3 years old can stay for free in a baby cot* and sharing the parents’ bed.
- Kids from 4 to 11 will be charged $20 per night for the extra bed and breakfast.
- Kids from 12 years old are considered adults and will be charged $25 for the extra bed and breakfast.
- Adults extra beds are $25 (breakfast included).
*Baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Explorer rooms capacity:
- Maximum Room capacity: 3 people
- Maximum Adults in the room: 2 adults
- Maximum Kids in the room: 2 kids (up to 11 years old)
- Number of people (adults and kids together) included in the base rate: 2 people
Grand Tour capacity:
- Maximum Room capacity: 3 people
- Maximum Adults in the room: 2 adults
- Maximum Kids in the room: 2 kids (up to 11 years old)
- Number of people (adults and kids together) included in the base rate: 2 people
Grand Tour family capacity:
- Maximum Room capacity: 4 people
- Maximum Adults in the room: 3 adults
- Maximum Kids in the room: 3 kids (up to 11 years old)
- Number of people (adults and kids together) included in the base rate: 2 people
Grand Suite capacity:
- Maximum Room capacity: 5 people
- Maximum Adults in the room: 4 adults
- Maximum Kids in the room: 4 kids (up to 11 years old)
- Number of people (adults and kids together) included in the base rate: 4 people
