Outstanding Members for the Month of January 2016
As everybody knows, Navutu Dreams recognizes team members every month for their extraordinary service, hard work and dedication towards their jobs. Their efforts are not glossed over as they receive an incentive from the resort, a certificate of recognition and a blog feature. Navutu Dreams Siem Reap Resort is proud of these team members as they exert their best effort to meet and exceed expectations. We are pleased to announce our outstanding members for the month of January 2016.
Ms. Chab Chandy is one of our housekeeping staff. She hails from Tachek Village and has been working for Navutu Dreams for over two years. Quiet and shy by nature, Ms. Chandy is often described by her colleagues as a polite, hardworking and optimistic person. You will find her restocking room supplies, replacing used linens with new ones, inspecting the cleanliness of each room, monitoring guests’ laundry bags and responding to guests queries and requests.
Mr. Noun Try Vaesna is one of our F&B staff. You will normally catch him at our Niam Niam Restaurant in the afternoon shift. He is from Kampong Cham province and decided to move to Siem Reap since according to him, there are more opportunities here. He has been with the resort since 2015 and has been a waiter for already two years. He says, he loves his job because he loves serving people.
Ms. Sou Mala is one of our kitchen staff. She is our Commis who works under the supervision of our Executive Chef, Bunchhou. She has been with the resort for already 2 years. Before she became a Commis, she was a pastry chef. According to the kitchen team, she is responsible, a fast learner and very dedicated to her job.
Our tuk tuk driver for the month of January is Mr. Sethy Van. Mr. Sethy is from Kratie province and has been working with us for already a year. Prior to being a tuk tuk driver, he was a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor for two years. When asked why he decided to shift from being a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to being a Tuk tuk driver, he says he loves to meet people from around the world and show them the beauty of Angkor. Moreover, it is also his way to improve his English skills.
