Raising Yoga Awareness
Since opening its doors in August 2012, Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat has been very well received by the Siem Reap community. Its ethos of relaxed luxury and wellness has been well acclaimed so much so that a year and half after opening the owners of the resort decided to expand with an additional lagoon-style swimming pool and suites.
As it concludes another successful year of operation and as a new exciting one dawns, Navutu Dreams wishes to give tribute to the local community by sharing with its Cambodian friends and neighbors the life enhancing values of yoga through a weekly Community Class at its own Siem Reap yoga studio.
The class is every Monday at 6:00 pm. We, at Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat, hope that with each class we raise yoga awareness within the local community and in the process are re-shaping lives. As we encourage our local friends to cultivate healthy bodies and peaceful minds through the practice of yoga, we hope we are moving people towards having a positive outlook on life and feeling more empowered. The class itself is good fun and new bonds of friendships happen during the learning process.
