Join a Pilates Class at Our Resort & Wellness Retreat
In addition to daily yoga classes offered at our wellness resort, Navutu Dreams is thrilled to announce that holistic workouts are now available for all the health enthusiasts out there. Starting October, Pilates classes will be on offer to be overseen by a Certified Pilates Instructor, Fi0na Ho. Fiona’s Pilates classes at Navutu Dreams will help you improve strength, flexibility and stamina while improving alignment, balance and posture as well.
Why Join a Pilates Class?
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, Pilates is a full-body conditioning system that if practiced regularly, will help to increase core strength, improve flexibility, maintain balance and improve over-all health and well-being.

About Your Pilates Instructor
Fiona first experienced Pilates after being recommended to an instructor due to an acute back injury some years ago. However, her back continued to ache from the long term sitting with the corporate job she held. Thus, after practicing as a client for 4 years, she decided to take on the instructor training with the desire to gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates repertoire in order to share its benefits with others. She has trained with internationally known Polestar Pilates Education and has worked in the United Kingdom and Singapore since 2014; teaching both mat and equipment work and is excited to share the benefits of Pilates practice here in Siem Reap.
What to Expect from Fiona’s Pilates Classes
Join a Pilates Class
The 60 minute holistic fitness class is priced at US$8.00++ per person which includes mat, towels, bottled water and use of our three pools and resort facilities. A 10-class pass is also available, priced at US$60.00++.
Private classes can also be arranged for US$25.00++ for a 60 minute session.
