Plastic-free hotel in Siem Reap – Navutu Dreams Resort
Last September 19, 2019, together with CleangreenCambodia we hosted a conference #NOPLASTICINMYHOTEL” aimed at discussing how to reduce plastic waste in hotels. We have shared to our delegates the benefits of all the changes we applied in order for our hotel to be recognized as plastic-free. We were not only able to save cost but more importantly impact and help our community.
No Plastic In My Hotel Pledge
During the event, local organizations presented their solutions and discussed how they can be implemented to reduce hotels’ plastic use. A pledge for #noplasticinmyhotel was also presented to encourage hotels to take action in reducing their waste (more details about the pledge can be found here).
