Deepen Your Practice with Kath
If you would like to level up your yoga practice, to develop greater strength and flexibility, expand your awareness of movement and breath, delve deeper into meditation to find inner peace, then come for the ‘Deepen Your Practice’ Workshop Series with Kath – a series of workshops that will help you refine and deepen your understanding and practice of yoga.
Our yoga instructor, Kath will guide you through your personal yoga journey and will detail four (4) areas of practice. Each class lasts for 90 – 120 minutes and aims to give you an opportunity to build your own practice or progress much deeper. A different aspect of yoga practice will be emphasized each week.
Deepen You Practice Workshop Series (Sundays at 4:00 pm)
Week 1 (September 10) – Fundamentals of Himalayan Hatha Yoga: Alignment and the Breath
Week 2 (September 17) – Core Strength & Upper Body: Introducing Arm Balances
Week 3 (September 24) – Going Upside Down: Incorporating Inversions
Week 4 (October 1) – Pranayama & Meditation
Please join Kath for the yoga workshop series starting this 10th of September and you will leave with a new practice or enhance the existing one.
About Your Yoga Instructor
Hailing from the US, Kath is a life-long athlete and practicing yogini for over 15 years. She is trained closely with Yogi Ashokananda for over 3 years and is qualified to teach Himalayan Hatha Yoga (200hrs), Prana Kriya Yoga (200hrs), and pranayama and meditation (100hrs). She has taught private and group classes, workshops and retreats in the USA, UK, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Thailand.
